Reminders

Connect with spirit. Be grateful for your food. Be grateful for each breath you take. Walk lightly on the earth. Radiate. Love everything you can as much as you can for as long as you can. Give as much as you receive, and do both whole-heartedly. Relax your shoulders. Exhale fully. Inhale fully. Be at peace in this moment. Remember that life is a great adventure. Remember that you are the hero of your life, and you must ultimately save yourself, though others will come to your aid when needed. Do things that keep you grounded in your body in the present moment. Do things that help you fly into other worlds, meeting creatures and mentors possessing heretofore unknown wisdom. Be unafraid. Be as bold as you can at all times, for life will move faster that way. Learn from snails: grow a thick shell and move at your own pace. Let nature be your cathedral. Let a pure sort of love come through you as your essence. Let a clean sort of movement balance your body. Avoid shoulds and nevers. Create beauty. Bask in your own beauty. Let your dreams guide you. Let your guides dream you. Recreate harmony on this earth. Create a life that allows your greatest happiness.
